Our process begins by setting an extra framework between the unit’s galvanised steel structure. This additional framework which is 75mm from the finished internal wall panel, which creates a perfectly calculated void for multiple purposes.

This void is then filled with 100mm of premium glass wool insulation. Glass wool is a highly effective insulating material known for its excellent thermal performance and soundproofing qualities, ensuring your unit remains comfortable and energy-efficient year-round. The extra layer of insulation also adds a level of noise reduction, making the space even more versatile for a wide range of uses.

we integrate a smart drainage solution directly into the framework. Using the roof’s profile design, we discreetly run drainage channels behind the cladding. This innovative feature ensures that rainwater is efficiently directed away from the unit without compromising its appearance. By keeping water management hidden and effective, we enhance both the aesthetics and the durability of the unit, preventing potential water damage over time.

Once the insulation & drainage is in place, we expertly fit your chosen cladding. The design ensures that the cladding fully covers the steel framework, providing a sleek, seamless finish with no visible structural components.

To complete the look, we add an anthracite fascia trim to the top of the unit. This final touch adds a contemporary edge, creating a clean and professional finish that complements the cladding perfectly.
