The Team Behind Easy Units
Easy Units is a family-run business built on over 40 years of collective trade experience. We specialise in premium, galvanised steel-framed modular buildings designed to provide a 25+ year maintenance-free lifespan.

Technical & Design Leadership The company is led by our Director, George, and our Commercial Director, Sam. George is the technical anchor of the business, bringing a lifetime in the building trade and a decade as a builders’ merchant owner to every structural design. Sam oversees the entire process from initial 3D design to production, drawing on a background in precision design and trade management to ensure every unit is as functional as it is stylish.

Expert Sales Edd (Sam’s dad) leads our customer guidance. With a long history in home improvement and a background in high-level security, Edd provides honest, technical advice.

In-House Production We don’t just buy in kits; we manufacture in our own hub. Johnny leads our production team, precision-cutting and in-house spraying every galvanised steel framework. This allows us to maintain total quality control before the unit even leaves our warehouse.

The Installation Powerhouse Our lead installers, Stefan (George’s brother) and Lachezar, are the boots on the ground. Stefan is a veteran builder, while Lachezar is our technical artisan, handling the most complex modular assemblies with ease. They are supported by our wider team of skilled labourers and specialist contractors, giving us the capacity to handle everything from small garden studios to large-scale commercial blocks.
