Framework
Our framework is crafted from durable 2mm galvanized steel, ensuring a sturdy and long-lasting structure that’s built to withstand the elements. To enhance both aesthetics and corrosion resistance, each frame is meticulously spray-painted in our workshop with a finish of your choice. Choose between our standard colors of white or anthracite, or personalize your unit with any RAL color code to match your unique vision. This high-quality finish not only protects your framework but also allows you to tailor it to your specific style and project needs, creating a seamless addition to any environment.
Floor
Walls
Our wall panels are engineered to provide excellent insulation and a clean, modern finish. Each panel is constructed with a 0.2mm galvanized steel sheet on both the interior and exterior, with the internal face powder-coated white for a bright, polished look. For the exterior face, you have a choice between white or anthracite. Sandwiched between these steel layers is a 50mm layer of high-performance PUR (Polyurethane) insulation, offering superior thermal efficiency to keep the interior comfortable year-round. This combination of durable materials and insulation ensures a strong, energy-efficient wall system that’s built to last.
Roof
Our roof panels are designed with durability and efficient water management in mind. Similar to our wall panels, they are constructed from 0.2mm galvanized steel, powder-coated white on both the interior and exterior surfaces for a cohesive, clean look. Between the two steel layers lies a 50mm layer of PUR (Polyurethane) insulation, ensuring excellent thermal performance and a comfortable interior. To support effective water displacement, the roof panels feature 38mm ridges every 250mm, channelling water into the integrated drainage system in our framework. This smart design helps prevent water pooling, keeping the roof sturdy and secure in various weather conditions.
Cladding
We offer a range of cladding options to enhance the aesthetic of your property while optimizing your budget. Our Classic range features traditional timber cladding, while the Sleek range includes standard composite cladding in smooth, woodgrain, and V groove finishes, available in five colors: Grey, Anthracite, Wood, Mahogany, and Coffee. For a more premium look, our LUX range offers slatted composite cladding in the same color palette. All options can be installed vertically or horizontally, in frame or over frame, providing flexibility to achieve your desired aesthetic.
Drylining
Our wall and ceiling panels cater to a wide range of budgets and styles, but for those seeking a more refined look, we offer a drylined finish. This process involves installing resilient bars on our panels, followed by high-quality plasterboard that is expertly tape-and-jointed, sanded, and painted. The result is a seamless, elegant finish that elevates the overall aesthetic of your space.
